I chose Arthrex many years ago because I was drawn to representing a privately held company. Upon meeting Reinhold years ago, I recognized him as a businessman I wanted to follow and be a part of. Reflecting now, as I embark on my 17th year with Arthrex, I still wholeheartedly believe in our mission and values more than ever: Innovation, Representation, and Education. These pillars have empowered me to be a valuable asset to any team in the operating room. The sense of adding value and continually challenging myself over the years still fuels a passion that I have only experienced with Arthrex and at True North.

As a medical device sales rep your office is the operating room. You stand in cases from ankle fractures to knee ACL revisions, rotator cuff revisions, and beyond. As a sales rep, your role is to be competitive and knowledgeable in the operating room, and offer your expertise to the doctor when using our product.
