The Inventory Specialist is responsible for working with our territories in supporting the daily needs of our sales representatives and surgical accounts. This is done by ensuring sufficient inventory levels are maintained, organized and sets are restocked at the office.
This person will report directly to the Inventory Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, track, and organize surgical products in RedSpot
- Maintain adequate inventory levels based upon usage within the field
- Perform daily audits of surgical trays and implant kits to ensure sets are complete and accurate for surgical cases
- Receive, record and restock incoming inventory from Arthrex
- Communicate with sales representatives and other inventory specialists to ensure that daily needs are met
- Assist with monthly cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and other needs of the office
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
