Our Green Bay office is home to two unique spaces dedicated to the ongoing education and collaboration of medical and surgical professionals, as well as the continued development of our sales representatives: our lab and classroom.

True North Surgical is admired and extraordinary because of its state-of-the-art medical lab space physically in-office. Along with providing medical education within the lab, True North Surgical’s classroom provides an excellent venue for lectures and training.

Whether it’s hosting surgeons within our territory, or the occasional out of state surgeons, our lab and classroom settings are dedicated to training professionals on the latest innovative techniques and products from Arthrex.

Lab

True North Surgical has a dedicated lab accommodating up to 5 lab stations. Our lab was built with a focus around medical education, product training, and hands-on experience. While in the lab, the surgeon will feel like they are in the operating room (OR) with the ability to perform arthroscopic and open procedures. This lab allows surgeons and staff to become familiar with the latest techniques and procedures prior to surgery in the OR.

Touchdown!

If you’ve ever visited our office, or seen pictures online, and wondered ‘what’s the significance behind the signed footballs’, we can explain! The signed footballs in our office represent all the labs and local events we have held at our True North office over the last 2 years. With over 45 successfully completed labs and local events under our belt, we’re on a mission to keep growing our collection.

Classroom

The classroom at True North Surgical has allowed us to enhance surgical education, enable agency collaboration, forge impactful connections, and create thoughtful conversations around surgical research. Each of these have the potential to advance patient procedures.

We’ve also used our classroom to spark excitement and intrigue the next generation of medical professionals by partnering with local colleges. We have two goals, one to inform the student athletes of their autonomy over the surgery that could happen to them or their loved ones. The second goal is to engage students who are interested in medical sales or becoming an orthopedic surgeon. We’ve been able to provide students with exposure to the different education tracks available and the realities of working within the orthopedic industry.

"True North is a very interactive and education-based facility. TN is clearly dedicated to teaching trainees and surgeons about what their products have to offer."
